Shipping policy

♦ oakstreetbootmakers.mom is currently offering free FedEx 2-Day shipping on all domestic orders totaling $75 and over. Gift card purchases do not count towards the order total.

♦ Orders under $75 require a small shipping fee. Options are:
                    1st Class  for packages under 1 lb. - $4.40
                    USPS Priority Mail - $8.25
                    FedEx 2 Day - $11.35

♦ We also offer FedEx Overnight standard delivery for a $39.00 up charge. This is business day delivery, so please note Friday Overnight orders will arrive Monday during the business day, not Saturday.

♦ International Shipments are also free on orders of $150 or more. Delivery time varies depending on locale. Orders under $150 require a $49 shipping fee. Note that you may have customs duties or related processing fees associated with your shipment relative to your country. We offer a choice of US Priority Mail or FedEx. We may override your selection if there are unusually high fees at a certain time for your country at the time of shipment via that service, or if the weight greatly affects shipping prices. Most shipments will go via the service you select however. In the event of an unusually heavy order (usually lower priced paper only orders), we may contact you for additional shipping fees. 

*Note that you may experience small customs or brokerage fees based on your country's local policies. 

*Note that at times in certain countries due to circumstances, shipping fees are adjusted by carriers whereby we have to add an extra fee. Currently from the US to Australia and New Zealand this is the case, where we cannot offer free shipping.

♦ Lead time: Our shipping center is open each weekday, M-F, excluding major US holidays. Orders received by 1pm ET requesting FedEx will receive same day shipping. Orders received after 1pm ET, and US Mail shipping requests received after 10am ET, will be shipped the following business day at latest.

♦ Franklin-Christoph items are in inventory at all times, unless otherwise mentioned on the site. This is one of the many benefits of ordering direct from the source.
