Refund policy
Policy: We have a 30 day no questions asked return policy on any item purchased. You can get a refund or exchange for another item. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product for an exchange or refund. The product must be returned in its original condition (removing any ink and flushing the nib if it has been inked) and include all original packaging contents (i.e. Nib/Chop cards, converters, zippered pen case, etc.)
Process: No RA# is needed. To return something, simply send it back to us with a note of instructions, of whether you want refund or exchange. Include your contact information, email and return shipping address. Please pack well as we cannot be responsible for goods that are lost in transit or arrive damaged. We highly recommend pens and nibs be shipped in a box rather than a padded envelope. Please be sure it is within the 30 day return policy period.

If you are sending something in for repair, it is best to contact clientservice@oakstreetbootmakers.mom to discuss ahead of time. The same address above is where you'll ship. Make sure to pack well, in a box to be sure it arrives in the condition you sent it in.
